INSTRUCTIONS
1.Use the camera option to determine colors in your environment! You can tap different spots on the screen for the color at that point, as well as pause the camera to look at one frame more closely.
** A share option is also available so that your friends can see too!
2.In the Color Chooser, tap the color picker at the color of your choice.
To show more colors, pinch your fingers across the color picker or move the slider to add or subtract the color blue. All colors in the rainbow can be created in this manner.
3.Submit a specific hex color by clicking the Enter Hex button.
This is a color of the form '#xxxxxx' or 'xxxxxx' where 'x' is a digit or a letter between a and f, inclusive, e.g. '#ac03ee'
4. Find a random color using the Random button.
Searching Colors
Exploring the set of color names from the XKCD color survey can be pretty fun. Try searching for common colors like blue or red, or adjectives like bright - or explore less common trends.
We recommend:
nberry, sea, dirty and dusty, ugly, poo and ish.
Sharing Colors
You can share colors with friends - sending a swatch of the color as well as the color name. From the camera, sharing sends a screenshot too.
